29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2):The employer did not initiate and maintain a safety program which provides for frequent and regular inspections of jobsites, materials, and equipment to be made by a competent person a) At Brent Spence Bridge, I-75 Northbound, between Covington KY and Cincinnati, OH: On or about April 26, 2021 and times prior to, the employer exposed employees to construction hazards including but not limited to fall hazards, electrical hazards, struck-by hazards, and caught-in/between hazards, in that the employer did not ensure inspections were conducted by a competent person that could identify and correct hazards present at the site.
