29 CFR 1926.50(d)(1): First-aid supplies were not easily accessible when required: a) 872 Barcelona Street Townsend, DE. - On or about April 29, 2021 it was determined that the employer did not ensure that their employee had easy access to first aid supplies in the event of an unforeseen work related incident while working within a confine space eight feet deep and four foot in with without an attendant on site.
