29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(15):Ladders were not inspected by a competent person for visible defects on a periodic basis and after an occurrence that could affect their safe use: (a) 4284 Balmoral Glen Dr., Norcross, GA: On or about April 14, 2021 and at times prior to, the employer did not ensure the ladders received an inspection by a competent person prior to use to ensure damaged ladders were removed from service, exposing employees to fall hazards.
