29 CFR 1910.134(f)(2):Employee(s) using tight-fitting facepiece respirators were not fit tested prior to initial use of the respirator. Throughout the facility; On or about and times prior to April 22, 2021, employees required to wear N95 and Kischers 6200 Half Face Respirator while cleaning and changing out filters for the firing range and the auger room were not fit tested prior to wearing the respirators., exposing employees to respiratory hazards.
