29 CFR 1910.219(f)(3):Sprocket wheels and chains which were seven (7) feet or less above floors or platforms were not enclosed: a. 100 Raskulinecz Rd., Carteret, NJ The employer did not ensure that chains and sprockets were protected. Employees engaged in the production of food products operated Repak, RE20 packaging machines that did not have cover plates over the sprockets and chains where the employees loaded the packaging product film. Violation observed on or about April 20, 2021
