29 CFR 1910.304(f)(1)(viii): The employer did not ensure that all circuit breakers used as switches are labelled "SWD". a) Natural Pack - 100 Gibraltar Road, Reading, PA 19606 - Switches used to turn on/off the facility lighting were not rated as SWD, on or about April 15, 2021. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
