29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(1): Employers did not have a safety data sheet in the workplace for each hazardous chemical which they use a) Final Assembly Station - 820 Bloomfield Ave, Clifton NJ: Employees were testing a non-ferrous casted battery enclosure with Compressed Nitrogen from a Cylinder. The box exploded and struck an employee who was transported to the hospital having sustained blunt force trauma. The employees involved in the testing operation had not been given the Nitrogen SDS. The Nitrogen SDS was not in the company binder with the other SDS'., on or about 4/13/21.
