29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: On or about April 6, 2021, employees were exposed to a fall of approximately 30 feet while performing roofing activities on a commercial building located at 2660 West Market. The employees were working on all areas of the roof with a slope of approximately 6-12 and the employer did not ensure that they were using fall protection.
