29 CFR 1910.178(n)(4): Industrial truck driver(s) were not required to travel with the load trailing whenever the load obstructed forward view. On or about April 14, 2021 and at times prior there to, in the south cut hallway, the employer did not ensure that a safe distance was maintained between powered pallet jacks in operation. This exposed employees to struck-by hazards.
