29 CFR 1910.178(m)(3):A safe place to ride was not provided where riding a powered industrial truck(s) was authorized: The employer is failing to protect employees from potential trauma due to an accident. This was most recently documented on or about April 2, 2021 at a workplace located at 8121 US Hwy 69, Kansas City, Missouri. Employer requires multiple employees to ride in a cab that is only designed for one driver. The extra person in the cab is subject to trauma if the truck would roll over or has any type of collision.
