29 CFR 1917.95(c):The employer did not provide well maintained emergency bathing, eye washing or other facilities where employees were exposed to hazardous substances. a) Top Pick Shed - On or about March 31, 2021, employees were provided a Honeywell PortaStream II Emergency Eyewash Station (SN: 616988) to flush eyes in the event of an emergency. The eyewash saline solution was not maintained in accordance with manufacturer requirements, exposing employees to biological hazards. b) Powerhouse - On or about March 31, 2021, employees were provided a Sperian Fendall Flash Flood Catridge emergency eyewash station (SN: 414171) to flush eyes in the event of an emergency. The eyewash saline solution was not maintained in accordance with manufacturer requirements, exposing employees to biological hazards. c) Fabrication Shop - On or about March 31, 2021, employees handled and transferred corrosive materials including, but not limited to Sodium Metasilicate and Skyko Oshpho Rust Treatment, and were not provided a suitable eyewash station in that it was not inspected and maintained, exposing employees to biological hazards.
