29 CFR 1926.200(g)(1): Construction areas were not posted with legible traffic signs at points of hazards: a) Paving job for DELDOT - East of Plantation Road on State Highway 24, in Rehoboth Beach, DE 19971 - East bound lanes: On or about 3/24/2021, Employees were exposed to multiple hazards onsite including but not limited to struck by/ caught in hazards when they performed site preparation work for widening/ future paving, when signs were not posted and flaggers were used to assist trucks in delivering materials effectively closing the road temporarily in both directions.
