29 CFR 1910.184(e)(2)(ii):Makeshift links or fasteners formed from bolts or rods, or other such attachments, shall not be used: On or about March 5, 2021 and at times prior thereto and thereafter, the employer allowed employees to use shop made attachments with cranes to move materials during the manufacturing process. Employees are exposed to hazards associated with being struck by materials while they were being moved.
