29 CFR 1910.119(g)(1)(i): Each employee involved in operating a process was not provided training which included an emphasis on the specific safety and health hazards, emergency operations including shutdown, and safe work practices applicable to the employee's job tasks. a) Bay Shore Facility, at or near 190 Corbin Avenue, Bay Shore, New York: The employer did not train each employee who operated and/or supported the Liquid Propane filling operation in the required procedures of the process including, but not limited to, the safe practices for handling leaking propane cylinders. The violation occurred on or about 3/11/2021. Note: In addition to abatement certification, the employer is required to submit abatement documentation for this item in accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19.
