29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(ii)(B): The energy control procedures did not clearly and specifically outline the steps for shutting down, isolating, blocking, and securing machines or equipment to control hazardous energy: a) Facility Wide: On or about 03/12/2021 and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to amputation hazards in that, the company's lockout/tag out procedure did not include specific procedural steps or additional methods and instructions for the control of potentially hazardous energy sources when performing maintenance activities on machinery such as but not limited to Multivac Vacuum Sealers.
