29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1): Each employee on a scaffold more than 10 feet above a lower level was not protected from falling to that lower level. a) Pump Jack Scaffold Platform - Back of Building: Employee without proper fall protection was exposed to approximate 20 feet fall hazard while utilizing a pump jack scaffold platform to install vents, on or about 12/16/20. b) Pump Jack Scaffold Platform - Back of Building: Employees without proper fall protection were exposed to approximate 15 feet fall hazard while utilizing a pump jack scaffold platform to grout brick, on or about 3/3/21.
