29 CFR 1910.305(b)(2)(i): Each outlet box in completed installations did not have a cover, faceplate, or fixture canopy: a) K&B Solutions Warehouse, Sanding Area: On or about 02/16/2021, the employer exposed employees to electrical shock hazards, in that 120-volt duplex outlets were not provided with a cover as employees used this outlet to plug in a fan. b) K&B Solutions Warehouse, Paint Room #1 and #2: On or about 02/16/2021, the employer exposed an employee to electrical shock hazards, in that wall outlets used to plug in tools, including dryers and portable lights, were not provided with covers while employees were engaged in painting activities.
