29 CFR 1910.138(a): Employer did not select and require employees to use appropriate hand protection when employees' hands are exposed to hazards such as those from skin absorption of harmful substances; severe cuts or lacerations; severe abrasions; punctures; chemical burns; thermal burns; and harmful temperature extremes: On or about February 12, 2021, and at times prior thereto, at a workplace located at 212 Page Street, Fort Worth, Texas; the employer did not select and require employees to wear appropriate hand protection to protect them from 2nd degree hand burns from tank temperature and chemical burns.
