29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): Jobsite: a) Employees, engaged in framing work at the edge of the second-floor deck, above the garage, were not protected from falls of approximately 9ft 2-inches to grade. b. Employees, walking-working on the second floor, in the vicinity of the stair opening, were exposed to falls of approximately 9 ft posed by open, unprotected floor holes. c) Employees, walking-working on the second-floor, were exposed to falls of approximately 12-ft to grade posed by unguarded window openings at the rear of the home. d) Employees, walking/working in the garage area, were exposed to falls of over 7-ft posed by the unguarded floor opening to the basement.
