29 CFR 1926.502(d)(20): The employer did not provide for prompt rescue of employees in the event of a fall or did not assure that employees were able to rescue themselves: On or about January 29, 2021, and at times prior thereto, employees were exposed to a safety hazard while sandblasting and painting in a water tower tank without a rescue plan in place to reach employees for prompt rescue in the event of an emergency.
