29 CFR 1910.178(m)(5)(ii): A powered industrial truck shall not be left unattended when the operator is 25 ft. or more away from the vehicle which remains in view, or whenever the operator leaves the vehicle and it is not in view: At Shipping and Receiving Zone, employees engaged in production activities, were exposed to struck-by, crushing hazards in that the Manitou Forklift was left unattended and running while the operator worked on the opposite side of the house installing weather proof paper more than 25 feet away.
