29 CFR 1926.451(g)(4)(i): Guardrail systems were not installed along all open sides and ends of platforms before being released for use by employees other than erection/dismantling crews: On or about January 21st, 2021, and at times prior thereto, employees working from scaffolding platforms at heights greater than 10 feet were exposed to fall hazards when the sides of the scaffolding remained open ended without guardrails.
