29 CFR 1910.106(e)(2)(ii)(b)(2): The quantity of liquid that was located outside of an inside storage room or storage cabinet in a building or in any one fire area of a building exceeded 120 gallons of Category 2, 3, or 4 flammable liquids in containers: UTCRAS Inc., located at 501 Highland Ave. Morton, PA: (a) UTCRAS, Building O: On or about January 21, 2021, the employer did not ensure that the quantity of Category 2, 3, and 4 flammable liquids such as, but not limited to: Startex Denatured Alcohol, Acetone, Lacquer Thinner, and Safety Kleen solvent, stored outside of the flammable storage room did not exceed 120 gallons, exposing employees to fire hazards.
