29 CFR 1910.178(l)(2)(iii): All operator training and evaluation shall be conducted by persons who have the knowledge, training, and experience to train powered industrial truck operators and evaluate their competence. (a) On or about January 21, 2021, the employer did not ensure that all powered industrial vehicle training was conducted by persons with the appropriate knowledge, training and experience to conduct initial training and retraining.
