29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(6):Ladders were used on surfaces which were not stable and level: 8916 Shady Pond, Fair Oaks Ranch, TX. On or about January 16, 2021, and at times prior thereto, workers were exposed to fall hazards while using and standing on a 6 foot step ladder placed on a 12/10 pitch roof in order to install a chimney pan and termination cap.
