29 CFR 1910.134(f)(2): Employee(s) using tight-fitting facepiece respirators were not fit tested prior to initial use of the respirator: Employee was exposed to health hazards. Employee engaged in milling activities in the feed mill area was exposed to health hazards in that the employer did not provide a fit test to all employees required to wear respirators. Employees are required to wear 3M Half Face-Piece 6300/07026 respirators when cleaning the feed mill area. 29 CFR 1903.19(c)(1) requires certification that the abatement of the above violation is complete.
