29 CFR 1910.212(a)(3)(ii):Point(s) of operation of machinery were not guarded to prevent employee(s) from having any part of their body in the danger zone(s) during operating cycle(s): On or about 01/11/2021, adequate guarding to prevent inadvertent contact with the rollers of the UV line, and the robotic cells located at the ends of line 1 and line 2, was not installed. Employees completing quality control activities such as, but not limited to, cleaning lacquer from the 62 inch roller for the (Suzhou Kisinhom) continuous conveyor or retrieving empty wooden pallets were exposed to pinch point, stuck- by or caught -in/caught between hazards.
