29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(1):Where portable ladders were used for access to an upper landing surface and the ladder's length allows, the ladder side rails did not extend at least 3 feet (.9 m) above the upper landing surface being accessed: (a) On or about January 13, 2021, the six portable extension ladders being used for access to the roof did not extend at least 3 feet above the upper landing area. The L.H. Krueger and Son, Inc. company was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1424495, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on October 4, 2019, with respect to a workplace located at 3045 Lake Country Drive in Oconomowoc, WI 53066. The L.H. Krueger and Son, Inc. company was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(11), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1352044, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on January 2, 2019, with respect to a workplace located at 1345 Blazing Star Court in Oconomowoc, WI 53066.
