29 CFR 1910.157(c)(1):Portable fire extinguishers were not mounted, located and identified so that they were readily accessible without subjecting the employees to injuries. On or about 1/6/2021, in the production area at the Toccoa, Ga facility, the employer did not ensure fire extinguishers were mounted and marked, exposing employees to a fire hazard.
