29 CFR 1926.405(e)(1):In wet locations, cabinets, cutout boxes, fittings, boxes and panelboard enclosures were not weatherproof: At commercial worksite located at 3115 Troost Ave, KC MO -- a metal junction box used as a power strip was not weatherproof and was laying on the wet concrete floor. The whole site was wet throughout. This exposed employees to electrical shocks/burns. This was documented on or about 01/07/2021.
