29 CFR 1910.1030(f)(3): Following a report of an exposure incident, the employer did not make immediately available to the exposed employee a confidential medical evaluation and follow-up: (a) On and before 12/09/2020, at 22 Dowling facility, for the employees working with clients that have a history of biting were exposed to bloodborne pathogens after getting bit and breaking the skin exposing flesh.
