29 CFR 1910.1053(f)(2)(i):The employer did not establish and implement a written exposure control plan. a) On or about December 02, 2020, throughout the facility, employees Forklift (Operator/Laborer) were exposed to airborne Silica in concentration of 149mcg/m3 filling bags of gravel/sand aggregate and stacking bags on a pallet without a Written Control Plan b) On or about December 02, 2020, at the Aggregate Filler machine, employees (Laborer) were exposed to airborne Crystalline Silica in concentrations of 176.3mcg/m3 while filling bags of gravel/sand/pebbles and stacking bags on a pallet without a Written Control Plan. c) On or about December 02, 2020, at the Aggregate Filler machine, employees (QC/Laborer) were exposed to airborne Crystalline Silica in concentrations of 75.2mcg/m3 while filling bags of gravel/sand/pebbles and stacking bags on a pallet without a Written Control Plan.
