29 CFR 1910.219(f)(3): Sprocket wheels and chains which were seven (7) feet or less above floors or platforms were not enclosed: On or about 12/3/2020, at the Commerce, Georgia facility in the production area shop, employees working in the facility were exposed to amputation and caught-in hazards of an unguarded chain and sprocket on the material handler section of the Ficep HP16 T4 CNC Angle Machine. a. one (1) chain and sprocket located approximately 10 inches above the floor, was not guarded.
