29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use: On or about 11/25/2020, and times prior to, employees working the paint department were exposed to potential eye and skin irritations and/or injuries in that, the employer failed to ensure that suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing the eyes and/or body were provided and operational. Employees use corrosive chemicals such as, but not limited to Amarium Conversion Lacquer and PREM PC WHT LAQ SATN when spray painting cabinets.
