29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(10): The employer did not ensure that workplace labels or other forms of warnings were legible, in English and prominently displayed on the container or readily available in the work area throughout each work shift: a) Throughout the establishment: On or about November 18, 2020, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to chemical hazards, in that labels were not present on containers that hold chemicals that employees work with including, but not limited to, caustic acid, phenol, ethanol, isopropyl alcohol, Pullulan, and Dextran.
