29 CFR 1926.850(a):An engineering survey was not performed by a competent person to determine the conditions of the framing floors and walls and the possibility of unplanned collapse of any portion of the structure prior to permitting employees to start demolition operations.: At the work site located at 17497 S Burnett School Road in Ashland, Missouri: The employer is failing to protect employees from struck-by hazards. This was most recently documented on or about November 4, 2020 when the employer did not ensure an engineering survey was done to address potential hazardous conditions of the bridge prior to permitting employees to start demolition.
