29 CFR 1910.147(c)(7)(i)(A): Authorized employee(s) did not receive training in the recognition of applicable hazardous energy sources, the type and magnitude of the energy available in the workplace, and the methods and means necessary for energy isolation: a) Facility: Authorized employees that operate and clean equipment such as, but not limited to, model NJP200-1200C Automatic Capsule Filling Machine 480 volts, were not provided training on the recognition of applicable hazardous energy sources, the type and magnitude of energy of the sources and the methods and means for energy isolation, on or about 9/17/2020. NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM. FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
