29 CFR 1910.253(a)(3): Apparatus such as torches, regulators or pressure reducing valves, acetylene generators and manifolds used in an oxygen fuel gas system used in an oxygen fuel gas system had not been approved: In the feedlot area, employees engaged in rail repairing activities were exposed fire hazards in that employees were permitted to use an acetylene tank with an attached pressure gauge that was missing the gauge needle and protective cover.
