Western Bee Supplies, Inc., 5 Ninth Avenue East, Polson, MT 59860: On or about August 13, 2020, and at times prior, employees were exposed to caught in hazards while walking and working in and around an unguarded projecting shaft end located on the Double End Rip Saw.
