29 CFR 1926.454(a): The employer did not have each employee who performed work while on a scaffold trained by a person qualified in the subject matter to recognize the hazards associated with the type of scaffold being used and to understand the procedures to control or minimize those hazards: Star Metal Apartments located at 1041 Howell Mill Road NW, Atlanta, GA 30312, 8th floor: On August 4, 2020, Employees were not trained by the employer to recognize the hazards associated with the type of scaffolding used. The fabricated frame mobile scaffold being used by employees had scaffold platform extensions which cannot be worked on when they pass the base.
