29 CFR 1926.65(g)(3)(i): Personal protective equipment (PPE) which would protect employees from the hazards and potential hazards they were likely to encounter as identified during the site characterization and analysis was not selected and/or used: a) North End Seawall: On or about July 15, 2020, employees performed hazardous waste clean-up operations excavating and placing contaminated soil into containments and adequate personal protective equipment was not selected and used, exposing them to inhalation hazards of volatile organic compounds.
