29 CFR 1910.217(b)(7)(iii): A means of selecting Off, "Inch," Single Stroke, and Continuous (when the continuous function is furnished) was not supplied with the clutch/brake control to select type of operation of the press. Fixing of selection was not by means capable of supervision by the employer; On or about July 14, 2020 the employer failed to ensure that the inch. single stroke, and continuous selection switch was under supervised control. Operators routinely have access to and operate the selection switch as needed.
