29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1): Each employee on a scaffold more than 10 feet above a lower level was not protected from falling to that lower level. Location: Jobsite On or about July 14, 2020, an employee was exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 30 feet to the concrete sidewalk below while working on a scaffold where a fall protection system had not been used.
