29 CFR 1926.1052(a)(3): Riser height and/or tread depth was not uniform within each flight of stairs: a) At the jobsite, inside building #2, on or about 6/30/20: Workers were using a temporary stairwell to access and egress the second floor of the building where the treads of that stairwell were inconsistent in both rise and run on each step.
