29 CFR 1910.335(b)(1): 29 CFR 1910.335(b)(1): Safety signs, safety symbols, or accident prevention tags were not used where necessary to warn employees about electrical hazards which may endanger them: In the North area at Grain Bins 54 thru 61, four electrical panel boxes had no safety signs, safety symbols, or accident prevention tags to warn of electrical hazards when turning on or off the air circulation, exposing employees to electrical shock hazards in the following locations: 1) Between Grain Bins 56 and 57 on the eastside 2) Between Grain Bins 59 and 61 on the eastside 3) Between Grain Bins 54 and 56 on the westside 4) Between Grain Bins 58 and 60 on the westside
