29 CFR 1910.253(b)(1)(ii): Compressed gas cylinders were not legibly marked, for the purpose of identifying the gas content, with either the chemical or the trade name of the gas. The employer is failing to protect employees from fire and explosion hazards when storing compressed gas cylinders. This was most recently documented on June 9, 2020 at the worksite located at 1921 West US Highway 50, Lone Jack, Missouri. a) Unlabeled compressed gas cylinder (brown color) located in the maintenance/shipping area stored with 3 acetylene cylinders. b) Unlabeled compressed gas cylinder (grey/white color) located outside the facility on the north side with 5 acetylene cylinders.
