29 CFR 1910.136(a): The employer did not ensure that employees used protective footwear as required: On or about June 08, 2020, at 7205 S.R. 50 EAST, Groveland, FL 34736, in areas throughout the facility, employees were operating frontend loaders and forklifts to transport materials and product, during which the employer did not ensure that each affected employee used basic protective footwear; therefore exposing the employees to foot hazards.
