29 CFR 1910.157(c)(1): Portable fire extinguishers were not mounted, located and identified so that they were readily accessible without subjecting the employees to injuries: a) 701 Pencader Drive #F Newark,DE - On or about June 2, 2020, employees worked in the Roasting Area without safe access and egress to the emergency equipment including but not limited to portable fire extinguishers adjacent to the roasting machine where they had to step over process equipment to access the area.
