29 CFR 1926.351(b)(4): Welding cables in use were in need of repair: (a)C & C Construction, Inc. at 82 Burlington Northern Santa Fe Railway, Hazel SD 57242: On or about and at time prior to May 22, 2020, the employer did not ensure that damaged welding cables were removed from service. This condition exposed employees to burns and shock hazards associated with using damaged welding cables to perform welding activities.
