29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1): The employer did not provide a training program for each employee potentially exposed to fall hazards to enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards: a- Building 700, 10 Harrison Drive, Northfield NJ: Workers were exposed to fall hazards, up to and in excess of 11 feet to the ground surface below, when walking and working at a unprotected edges of a commercial structure's porches without the use of fall protection. The employer did not provide the employees with training to recognize and address the hazards associated with falls. Condition observed on or about 03/18/20. NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM. FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
